Upon receipt of your order, please check each item thoroughly. Please contact us within 24 hours, via e-mail, if you feel the need to return any item. You must receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from us prior to returning your item(s) or your return will not be accepted.
If your shipment(s) arrive damaged, please contact that carrier (UPS or USPS). Moonlight Delights is not responsible for damaged shipments. Notify the delivery person immediately of any damage so he can make note of it on the delivery sheet. If the driver does not do this and you accept a damaged parcel, UPS or USPS might not pay the claim of damages.
The following items are have special return requirements due to their unique nature:
> Essential Oils (needs to be returned unopened, in original container, in one week)
> Absolutes (needs to be returned unopened, in original container, in one week)
> Hydrosols (needs to be returned unopened, in original container, in one week)
The following items are not eligible for returns due to safety, resellability, hygiene, and other factors:
> Opened soaps, shampoos, bath salts, lotions, and any other bath and body personal products
> Used candles
